Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and assist with billing, account maintenance, and administrative functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and efficient office operations. Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour DOE

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of office clerical or customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and general computer applications
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with billing, account, and service inquiries
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Process payments, maintain records, and assist with billing activities
