What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls warmly and professionally, making a great first impression every time
  • Book service calls and keep the dispatch board running efficiently
  • Keep customers updated on arrival windows and reschedule with care when plans change
  • Follow up with membership customers and keep the schedule full
  • Coordinate with field technicians, debrief after each call, and confirm payment
  • Build simple reports and find ways to make the department run smoother

What You Bring

  • Strong customer service instincts and a genuinely friendly, professional phone presence
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A reliable, organized self-starter who's flexible with the day's demands
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software a plus
