We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is friendly, organized, dependable, and confident communicating with customers. You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with, helping turn inquiries into appointments and making sure customers feel informed and taken care of from the start.

This is a full-time, in-person position on Oahu and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help keep our customer experience and scheduling process running smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with questions about roofing services, estimates, appointments, and next steps.
• Making outbound calls to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Gathering customer and project information to help qualify incoming leads.
• Scheduling roofing inspections, estimates, and service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Providing friendly, professional, and solutions-focused service during every customer interaction.
• Entering and maintaining accurate customer information, call notes, lead activity, and appointment details in our CRM.
• Following up on leads and customer inquiries to make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
• Coordinating with our sales, operations, and field teams so everyone has the information they need.
• Helping resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalating issues when additional support is needed.
• Following established processes, scripts, and service standards while using good judgment to create a positive customer experience.
• Identifying common customer questions or process gaps and sharing feedback that can help us improve.
• Supporting other customer service and administrative needs as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience in customer service, a call center, scheduling, administrative support, sales support, or another customer-facing role.
• Communicate clearly and professionally and have a friendly, confident phone presence.
• Are comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls throughout the day.
• Enjoy helping people and can stay professional when navigating customer questions or concerns.
• Are highly organized and able to keep track of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and competing priorities.
• Pay attention to the details and understand the importance of accurate information.
• Are comfortable learning and working in CRM, scheduling, phone, and other computer-based systems.
• Can think on your feet, solve routine problems, and know when something needs to be escalated.
• Are dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute as part of an in-person team.
• Can adapt as processes and business needs evolve.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous roofing, construction, home services, or similar industry experience is a plus, but not required.
