Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $11–$13/hour

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Explain company policies and payment options clearly
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain customer files and ensure documentation is accurate
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with daily office operations and support team members as needed
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
- Starting Pay: $11–$13 per hour, based on experience
