We are currently seeking a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative who is computer literate and has strong customer service skills to manage daily front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and comfortable interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Provide basic information and customer support
Perform data entry and basic computer tasks
Maintain an organized front desk and workspace
Assist with general administrative duties as needed
