Red River Brick, a premier brand of the General Shale network in the Southwest U.S., is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Houston, TX facility. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and developing in-depth knowledge of our products while supporting customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in the SAP system
• Process orders and assist with purchasing activities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs
• Assist customers with product, order, and pricing questions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests
• Develop strong knowledge of company products, processes, and systems

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role
