We're immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for our award-winning clients in the Dallas market!

Day to Day:

Build strong relationships with customers (new and existing).

Understand customer issues and address each situation

Perform general account management tasks

Help guide clients through questions and concerns.

We are looking for:

Strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented and able to multi-task
