What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing responsive and professional service.
Process and coordinate ready mix concrete orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer inquiries and service issues.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and service records within company systems.
Proactively build positive customer relationships that support satisfaction and business growth.
