The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, assist with product and service inquiries, coordinate customer requirements internally, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales and production process.This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and supporting technical products and services in a manufacturing environment.What You'll DoThis role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products, services, quotes, orders, repairs, and calibration services. You will provide timely, professional, and accurate written and verbal communication with customers.Collaborate closely with the sales team to support quote preparation, order processing, customer follow-up, and account management activities. Coordinate customer requirements and project status updates with machine shop personnel, engineering staff, and production teams.Communicate lead times, order status, shipment information, and project updates to customers. Assist customers in identifying appropriate load cells, weighing components, calibration services, and related measurement solutions.Enter and maintain accurate customer, order, and service records in company systems. Process purchase orders, sales orders, and service requests while ensuring attention to detail.Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional and courteous manner. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
