Overview:

Position: Customer Service Representative I
Duration: 3 Months

Job Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: MonFri (8:00AM 4:30PM)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Order Management - Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
  • Customer Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
  • RMA & Warranty Coordination - Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
  • Issue Resolution - Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably an Associates degree in Business Administration or management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills-professional, concise, and customer focused.
  • Strong problem solving skills and comfort working with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
