We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to customers and support sales efforts.

  • Promote products/services and communicate value propositions
  • Maintain customer info in Salesforce
  • Set up new accounts, handle outbound calls, and process orders
  • Escalate complex issues, assist with web holds, and participate in training
  • Rotate front desk duties and support team cases

  • Preferred: High school diploma, 1+ year experience, ability to learn company software.
