SummaryResponsible for variety of duties that contribute to the overall success of the fixed base operations (FBO) with the focus on providing excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. Responds to customer inquiries on the phone and in person providing airport information. Works closely with FBO team to ensure service needs are met. Rotating schedule to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Professionally greets all customers and visitorsGuides customers within the airport for servicesRecords customer information and preferences into the computer systemIncreases customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requestsPrepares for incoming aircraft; ensures customer requests are fulfilled, and necessary staff is available upon plane arrivalReceives fuel order requests and coordinates with the line service team to fulfil orderPrepares invoices for services rendered through the X1FBO system to customers, pilots, and transientsCommunicates clearly over radio, in person, and over the phoneMaintains neat work area at the customer service desk, the lobby, Pilot's Lounge, and FBO amenitiesDrives as needed during special eventsAdheres to attendance policy; ensures punctuality for assigned shiftFollows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesPerforms other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentOne year of customer service experience in an airport environment or related customer service industryPass an onsite airport driver's test for driving in an Airport Operations Area
