Location: Redlands, CA

Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM-11:00 PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $19/hour

We are hiring a Distribution Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders and invoices
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
• Coordinating shipping and tracking information
• Communicating with customers, warehouse, and office staff
• Maintaining order paperwork and records
• Performing general customer service and clerical duties

Requirements:

• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Basic typing and 10-key experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Shipping system experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and employment verification
