Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support a busy warehouse office on weekends. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and is comfortable balancing customer service responsibilities with administrative and warehouse coordination duties.

The Warehouse Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for truck drivers arriving at the facility, helping coordinate dock assignments and ensuring required paperwork is accurate and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Greet and check in truck drivers upon arrival.
• Coordinate and assign dock doors to incoming drivers.
• Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable customs requirements.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, warehouse personnel, and other team members.
• Enter, update, and maintain information using Microsoft Office applications.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams throughout the workday.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with additional warehouse office and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with truck drivers and coordinating warehouse activity.
• Ability to review documentation carefully for accuracy and compliance.
• Dependable and able to consistently work the required weekend schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
