Role Overview
As a key point of contact for customers, shared services, sales, and product supply system teams, you will manage both planned and unplanned sales activities, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading meetings, problem-solving, and implementing solutions to enhance our supply chain processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve issues affecting multiple orders/customers, leading cross-functional meetings.
- Handle day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry, expedited orders, and customer credits.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and manage high-volume promotional activities.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year in a customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Three years in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center.
- Knowledge of supply chain, order management, and customer services processes.
- Experience with CCNA Product Supply system, Salesforce, and SAP.
