LHH is partnering with a growing company near Hudson, OH to hire a Customer Service Representative. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a fast-paced environment, strong team support, and long-term career potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and inbound inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Handle customer concerns, billing questions, and account updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
