LHH is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN. This is a fully onsite role supporting one of our top clients, and they're looking to hire immediately. Position Details:
Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
Pay: $22-$23/hour
Type: Full-time
Urgency: Immediate need
What You'll Be Doing:
Providing friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email
Resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Documenting interactions and maintaining up-to-date records
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience (call center or office environment preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
