Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Location: Southeast Indianapolis, IN Pay: $18–$20/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization on the southeast side of Indianapolis to hire a Customer Service Representative. This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email interactions
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately
- Quote pricing verbally and electronically
- Expedite customer and direct purchase orders as needed
- Negotiate pricing with customers and vendors
- Collaborate with outside sales teams and vendor representatives
Qualifications
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of tools or industrial products is a plus, but not required
Education
- High School Diploma required
