Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer basic questions regarding policies, billing, and claims
- Support the team with policy updates and administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Learn insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Requirements- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude

- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, typing)

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
