We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Customer Service Representative to support a large Federal agency's customer support initiatives.
- Respond to calls and emails from the public, using SOPs and a knowledge base to address requests.
- Document communications accurately in our database.
- Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal) and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance is required.
- Strong communication, dependability, time management, and keyboarding skills are essential.
- Experience with content management systems or call centers is a plus.
