Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way - Answer telephone calls promptly - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use - Sell welding and safety products and services to customer - Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer - Research products needed for customer special applications - Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation - Keep sales literature current and organized - Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary - Keep accurate cash till and run daily cash reports - Answer customer calls and transfer customers if they need service from someone else - Stock shelves when needed - Communicate with Purchasing Department regarding any special order needs - Load products into customer vehicle - Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules  - Assist in making deliveries  - Perform other tasks as assigned or needed **Qualifications** - High school graduate or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to perform multiple tasks - Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases a plus - Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs - Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time - Valid driver's license  **Company Description** Founded in 1948, Norco is headquartered in Boise, Idaho and has more than 70 branches in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Utah and Wyoming.
