Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events.
The Customer Service Representative will act as a key point of contact for event attendees, partners, and vendors. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about event schedules, registration, and logistics
- Assist attendees with registration issues and ticketing support
- Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
- Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure smooth communication
- Support on-site customer service during live events when needed
- Follow company procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems)
