Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support attendee communications and client interactions for our events.


The Customer Service Representative will act as a key point of contact for event attendees, partners, and vendors. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience before, during, and after events.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about event schedules, registration, and logistics
  • Assist attendees with registration issues and ticketing support
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Support on-site customer service during live events when needed
  • Follow company procedures and service standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems)
