Sila Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative who knows how to connect with customers, uncover their needs, and turn conversations into booked appointments.
This isn't a role where you simply answer the phone and take messages.
Our Customer Service team plays a direct role in the growth of the business. You'll handle incoming customer calls, follow up on opportunities, make outbound calls, and help ensure homeowners get connected with the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services they need.
We're looking for someone who's hungry to hit goals, comfortable being measured on performance, and motivated by an incentive-based compensation structure.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answer inbound customer calls and convert opportunities into booked service appointments
- Build rapport quickly, ask the right questions, and identify how Sila can best help the customer
- Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
- Follow up on open opportunities, unsold estimates, maintenance needs, and other customer inquiries
- Help fill available appointment capacity and maximize booking opportunities
- Educate customers on relevant services, maintenance options, promotions, and solutions
- Overcome customer objections and confidently ask for the appointment
- Follow up with customers who previously expressed interest but have not yet scheduled service
- Accurately enter customer information, call notes, and appointment details into ServiceTitan
- Partner with Dispatch, Operations, and field teams to create a smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
- Track your results and take ownership of improving your performance
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service, inside sales, call center, appointment-setting, or similar experience
- Competitive, motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
- Experience with bonuses, incentives, or performance-based compensation preferred
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position in King of Prussia, PA.
We’re specifically looking for candidates who can work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or a swing schedule that includes Saturdays. Eligible schedules include a shift differential.
This position is not a fit for candidates seeking full-time remote work or strictly traditional Monday–Friday hours.
