Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales
Job Location: Stockton, California
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience in customer service and inside sales? Our client is a leading provider of stone surfaces, cabinetry, and home improvement materials and is looking for a motivated Customer Service Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is customer focused, sales minded, and comfortable assisting customers with product selection while providing outstanding service. Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with product inquires and orders
- Provide product recommendations and upsell inventory while maintaining a customer first approach
- Process sales transactions and enter customer information accurately into company systems
- Read and interpret tape measurements for product specifications and customer orders
- Maintain organized product displays and a clean, professional showroom environment
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
- Support team members and contribute to efficient daily operations

You will be supporting a well-established kitchen remodeler in Stockton, California.
Experience Required:
- Previous customer service and inside sales experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong basic math skills
- Comfortable using computers for data entry and order processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail or showroom environment
