Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an excellent customer service representative to join a dental company in Irvine, CA.

Irvine, CA | $22.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM | Onsite

This role supports the sales team by providing exceptional service to dental offices, processing orders, and assisting customers with product inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 40 inbound calls and 10-15 outbound calls daily
• Communicate directly with dentists and dental office staff ( Business to Business customer service)
• Process product orders, order updates, and customer requests
• Create and manage sales orders
• Respond to email inquiries and collaborate with internal departments
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Provide product and order information with professionalism and accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor when working with business customers
• Dental industry experience is not required
