Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading organization in Irvine, CA to hire a Customer Service Representative for their corporate headquarters.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping internal associates/customers, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Irvine, CA | $24/hr | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Monitor personal and shared inboxes
- Assist with order changes, cancellations, and status updates
- Research order information and provide timely responses
- Follow established customer service procedures
- Support both external customers and internal associates
What to Expect
- 20 calls per day
- 10-15 direct emails daily
- Shared inbox with 50-60 emails per day
- High-volume, fast-paced environment with urgent requests
Qualifications
- Customer service experience required
- Strong phone, email, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable multitasking and handling time-sensitive requests
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, administrative, and call center backgrounds welcome
Software Experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Adobe
- ServiceNow
- ESP (training provided)
