Adecco Healthcare is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals to join a growing healthcare team as a Customer Service Representative ! Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM (shift scheduled within these hours)

Work Type: Hybrid

Location: Irving, TX

Training conducted onsite

Monthly onsite rotation required

Position Overview

This is a key role within the healthcare operations team responsible for assisting patients, providers, and internal teams by coordinating prescription shipments, processing refills, and ensuring accurate patient communication and documentation.

You'll play an important part in supporting patient care while working in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service

Coordinate and schedule initial and refill medication shipments

Contact patients to gather information needed for prescription processing

Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation

Process prescription refill requests and third-party claims adjudication

Organize and report clinical data for pharmacist and care team review

Assist with patient paperwork and care coordination workflows

Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow all healthcare regulations

Support patients and providers with timely updates and communication

Qualifications

Strong phone and communication skills

Customer service experience preferred

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Comfortable working with healthcare systems and documentation

Proficient with computer systems and data entry

Ability to work independently and proactively

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
