Responsibilities include managing customer calls, creating and tracking Customer Quality Notifications (CQNs) in SAP, processing warranty replacements, and coordinating product returns.
The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer systems, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and teamwork skills.
Preferred qualifications are an Associate's Degree, product troubleshooting experience, and SAP knowledge.
