Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: 1100 Technology Dr, Jackson, MI 49201

Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Lunch : 30 Minutes

Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‑person interview scheduled between April 20-24

Qualifications:

Education: minimum High School Diploma and a bachelor''s degree preferred.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Skills: Computer literacy, MS Office experience, basic SAP knowledge (preferred but not required), and strong customer service skills.
Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by an in‑person interview scheduled between April 20-24.
