Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativePay Rate: $20–$23 per hourJob SummaryThe Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for customers and supports daily customer service and order processing activities. This role collaborates with internal teams such as supply chain, operations, and credit to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering a high level of customer support throughout the full order?to?cash process.Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support primarily via phone
Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and account information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
Proactively manage the order?to?cash process from order entry through invoicing
Collect, document, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders
Resolve issues using strong problem?solving and communication skills
Maintain accurate records in ERP and customer management systems
QualificationsEducation:
Minimum of a High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional or operational environment
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Basic SAP knowledge preferred but not required
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively across teams
Interview Process
