Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Contract: 6+ Month's Contract
Pay Range: $16 - $21/hr

Day-to-Day:

• Engage with clients and internal partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Navigate between multiple screens/systems while accurately typing relevant notes and information.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a high call volume and constantly changing environment.
• Resolve and de-escalate difficult situations with respect and poise to prevent client dissatisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and embrace coaching opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Handle confidential matters and sensitive information responsibly.

Must Haves:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with excellent grammar.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and clients.
• Robust customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ambitious and self-motivating with a positive attitude.
• Attendance is crucial for success in this role.
