Job Details
Location: Alpharetta, GA | Fully On-Site
Pay: $20/Hour for Non-Bilingual | $21.50/hour for Bilingual Candidates Spanish/English
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Open availability required between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM | Occasional Saturday shifts based on business needs
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with account inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
Accurately document customer interactions and update account information
Navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
Utilize dual monitors and various internal applications to manage customer accounts
Meet department performance, quality, and productivity goals
Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
Provide professional and positive customer experiences on every interaction
Adapt to changing business needs and support various departments through cross-training opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree required
Previous customer service experience required
Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, banking, healthcare, automotive, financial services, call center, or other customer-facing environments
Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn multiple systems
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and accurately entering information
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Flexibility to work rotating schedules based on business needs
