Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing professional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handling inquiries related to sales orders, promotions, installations, and product information.
  • Ensuring timely and fair resolution of customer complaints in compliance with consumer laws.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to educate and inform customers about products, services, and updates.
  • Analyzing customer survey results and creating targeted improvement plans.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
