Needed Immediately: Customer Service Representative in Kennesaw, GA.
Daily business functions for a manufacturing company providing equipment and supplies to both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.
Required:
Minimum 2 -5 years business experience Manufacturing experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sage 100 Software experience (or other comparable)
HubSpot CRM experience is a plus
Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
Strong interpersonal skills Customer Focused
Strong attention to details and high organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Job Details:
Order entry, Quoting, RMAs, and Invoicing (print, mail, online, credit card)
Sales Support and Record Maintenance of customer transactions
Direct interfacing with customers/prospects by phone and email
All aspects of A/R functions
