- Assisting customers with questions, hotel bookings, directions, and transportation.
- Coordinating aircraft services such as fuel and hangar arrangements.
- Communicating effectively with team members via radio and other channels.
- Proactively engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Educating clients on pricing and available programs.
- Processing customer invoices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a safety-focused, customer-centric environment.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Stable employment history.
Physical and work conditions:
