Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders for a local Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing client.
What You’ll Do:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries about orders, products, and pricing.
Process orders, returns, and credits per company policies.
Resolve billing disputes in partnership with accounts receivable.
Provide feedback on customer concerns and service challenges.
Maintain accurate customer records and files.
Partner with the sales team to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and forward technical issues to the appropriate department..
Support team members during high workloads or absences.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent grammar.
Familiarity with SAP (2-3 years preferred).
Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
