Customer service representatives work in several key areas. They may run the cash registers, service the bakery cases, take customer orders, etc. Representatives need to know our product lines and be able to interact with customers so they feel valued and understand the quality of the products. Representatives that run point of sale equipment need to be comfortable with touch-screen equipment and be able to count change and handle money.
Requirements
No experience is necessary, but a friendly and helpful personality very important for success. On the job training will be provided.
