Customer Service Representative

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Pacesetter Personnel Services is currently hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in La Porte, TX 77571

Essential Functions:

• Complete paperwork, perform heavy data entry, and scan documents accurately and efficiently.
• Handle billing and invoicing for customer orders, input data, and run reports.
• Manage bills of lading, receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping operations.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

• Warehouse logistics experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong customer service focus.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF software.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screen.

Pay:

$18.00 an hour. We pay weekly.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
