Full-time Customer Service Representative position paying $16-$19 per hour.
Responsibilities include answering phones, directing callers, finalizing orders, processing payments, scheduling deliveries/pickups, handling returns, warranty paperwork, order modifications, and updating customers on order status.
Assist sales consultants, process accessory sales, and occasionally work on the showroom floor following sales methods. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED (working toward is acceptable), six months customer service experience preferred.
