Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing friendly and efficient service.

Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with clarity and care.

Assist policyholders with changes, payments, and general account management.

Help explain insurance policies and coverage options in an easy-to-understand way.

Process policy endorsements and other administrative tasks accurately.

Build rapport with clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Obtain insurance Licenses

Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive and helpful demeanor is essential.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Comfortable working with computer systems and various software.
