Location: Las Vegas, NV - Onsite role Duration: 3 Months Responsibilities: Responsible for corporate filings including preparation, review, and filing of: Articles of Incorporation/Organization, amendments, fictitious business name/assumed name filings, newspaper publications, annual reports, mergers and conversions, withdrawals and dissolutions, pre-clearance documents, tax clearance, reinstatements, and revivals. Effectively communicate with states and companies regarding various corporate filings and document retrievals. Obtain certificates of status with both the state and revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring-downs, file and track name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents. Assist with Registered Agent mail, Virtual Office mail, Services of Process (SOPs), and other areas in the Client Services Department as needed. Assist manager in the training of new and existing employees. Safeguard confidentiality of records and comply with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to records. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Skills: Very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills. Computer literate; Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Ability to multitask and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive projects. Knowledge of general corporate procedures and/or willingness to learn. Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and compile data. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Ensure superior customer service is provided at all times and maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality and a professional demeanor. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service or legal industry. Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.A
