Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our valued customers. You’ll engage with clients through various channels, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our dynamic team environment.


Specific Responsibilities


  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, assign, and direct electricians to customer locations; monitor routes and job status through Service Titan to coordinate and prioritize schedules, providing updates on orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Basic qualifications


  • Minimum two years admin experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team player who can work independently
Preferred qualifications


  • Prior experience in a home services or contractor business customer service role is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Service Titan or similar field service management software is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and services effectively.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for identifying trends in customer feedback.
