What You’ll Do:
• Respond to a steady volume of inbound calls, emails, and voicemail messages.
• Provide clear, courteous answers while protecting confidential information.
• Document conversations and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process routine updates, returned correspondence, and information requests.
• Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate internal team.
• Send requested forms, statements, and supporting documents.
• Assist with administrative projects and follow up on open requests.

Core Tech & Skills:
• At least one year of call center or customer service experience
• High-volume inbound call handling
• Clear and professional phone communication
• Accurate data entry and recordkeeping
• Email and case-management support
• Microsoft Office and shared-document platforms
• Customer issue resolution
• Confidential information handling

Nice to Have:
• Benefits or financial services experience
• Bilingual communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a structured service environment
