Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative in Lavonia to assist customers by handling around 200-250 calls and emails daily. If you have a passion for helping others and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Achieve a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of customer service experience
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Dependable and responsible
• Enjoy working in a team environment
