Our location in Layton is a successful, locally owned, Print and Communications company that has been servicing businesses in Davis County for over 30 years. The CSR is the front line of communication for the Business Center and must build rapport with walk-in, phone and Internet referred customers; therefore he or she should have a professional appearance and genuine concern for customers. The CSR will increase sales via excellent customer service and product knowledge.

As the face of the Business Center a CSR will be able to assist with order entry, consultation, overcoming objections and providing qualified leads to outside sales representatives.  A Customer Service Representative should view their role as a path towards outside sales and strive to build client relationships each day.

Qualifications:

•            Two to five years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment (or a combination of education and experience)Experience in a printing, graphics arts, promotional products and apparel is a major plus

  Responsibilities:

•            Properly greets the customer in person or over the phoneTakes complete messages for team members
•            Identifies customer printing and duplicating needsRecommends additional value-added services
•            Quotes turnaround timesFollows-up on estimates, asks for the order
•            Enters orders in MIS systemHandles cash transactions and deposits at front counter
•            Verifies order accuracy and pricingNotifies customers when order is completed
•            Handles customer complaints; forwards to management when appropriateMaintains front counter cleanliness
•            Maintains front counter filing systemsHas a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
•            Consults with customers to help them make decisions; up-sells when there is opportunityCaptures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
•            Assists outside sales function and inside production when requestedMaintains customer leads, follows upMaintains a professional appearance
