We are seeking an experienced customer service representative for our distribution center in Lebanon, IN.
Qualifications
- Computer experience including excel, data entry, ticketing systems, Microsoft office and WMS systems a plus
- Strong communication skills - clear verbal/written communication, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Customer service experience
- Experience with inventory systems
- Capability to handle fast-paced environment
- Perfect attendance is a requirement for this position
What you'll do on a typical day: Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers, prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed, assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading, allocate and research inventory for orders, enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs) Maintain and generate required reports Process, audit and file various documentation.

- Pay: $21.50 per hour

Responsibilities
- Work Hours: M-F 9:00 AM to 5 PM
- Customer Interaction: Answering incoming calls, emails, or chat messages regarding products and services.
- Assist with the clerk window
- Generate reports, audit and file various documentation
- Data entry and use of ticketing systems
- Issue Resolution: Handling complaints, troubleshooting product issues, and providing solutions.
- Processing Transactions: Taking orders, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Updating customer records, maintaining database information, and logging interactions.
- Escalation: Referring complex, unresolved grievances to designated departments
