Busy food production facility located in Lebanon, TN is seeking a full time, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative for their home office. This position will support management with administrative duties and a high volume of data entry. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player-helping in various areas as needed. Customer Service Representative Hours & Compensation:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
- $17.00 an hour
- Pay raise given at point of hire

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer phones & great visitors
- High volume of data entry, including Word and Excel
- Identify and access customer needs
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Process customer accounts and file documentations
- Process daily shipment paperwork
- Strong detail orientation with communication and listening skills
- Additional projects and tasks as assigned by Management
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have at least 3 years of Customer Support Experience
- Must have proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Time management skills
- High school diploma or GED
