Lee's Summit, MO Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM $16-$18/hr (based on experience)
We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable on the phone to join our team in a customer-facing office support role.
This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in keeping communication clear, handling inquiries, and supporting internal teams with project coordination and paperwork.
What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Handle inbound and outbound calls (toll-free and direct)
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
Resolve questions and concerns
Perform customer verification
Route requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team
Track and document customer interactions, comments, and concerns
Maintain and update customer records and databases
Coordinate with internal departments and employees
Support project approvals and paperwork processing
Process payments (ACH, credit card, deposits, etc.)
Use T-Mobile Dialpad for communication
What We're Looking For
1+ years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience
1+ years working in a professional office environment
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
