Customer Service Representative

Target Compensation: $42-50k
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, services, and company policies
• Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and account updates
• Document customer interactions within the CRM system
• Escalate complex customer concerns when appropriate
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or retail experience required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
