As a Customer Service Representative at Renewed Performance, you will be a pivotal part of our team, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and helping to facilitate their journey towards renewed performance through outstanding service and support. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Renewed Performance.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and provide accurate information about services, appointments, and pricing.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments efficiently using company management software.
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of personal and billing information.
- Coordinate communication between clients, therapists, and trainers to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks including processing payments, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, including appointment scheduling and customer management tools.
